LAHORE – In a major development for Class 9 students, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore granted much-needed relaxation in the age limit for students appearing in the Class 9 exams in 2025.
Under the new policy, candidates as young as 11 years and two months are now eligible to register for the ninth grade, as compared to the previous rule which required students to be at least 12 years old.
In a similar development, Bise Lahore also issued a registration deadline of November 27, 2024. Students who fail to meet this date will face a daily fine for late registration.
This decision comes as part of BISE Lahore’s ongoing efforts to make education more accessible to students of varying ages, ensuring that they do not miss out on crucial academic milestones.
