Accused involved in murder during robbery wasarrested from Friday from Steel Town area along with his accomplice. Police arrested the suspects during a patrol near the National Highway. Two 30-bore pistols with loaded magazines were recovered from the arrested accused.Police also seized a suspicious motorcycle used by the accused. The arrested accused confessed to killing citizen Khan ZebJokhio on June 28, 2020 for resisting a robbery near Sikhanriver. Case No. 657/2020 was registered against unknown accused in Shah Latif Police Station during the robbery. During the interrogation, the arrested accused revealed the incidents of firing on the resistance including several robberies. The arrested accused used to commit robberies and robberies in other areas of Malir including Shah Latif, Steel Town and Bin Qasim. Further investigation into the case is underway.
