NA Secretariat promotes 278 NA employees

 

Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on Thursday extended warm felicitations to recently promoted employees of the National Assembly Secretariat. He said that strict observance of laws and regulations has been observed while promoting employees. He also assured that all employees are equal as per rules and regulations.

While addressing recently promoted employees of the National Assembly, Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has said that respect lies in working honestly and achieving the official task. He also advised employees to work for dignity and respect for this supreme institution. He also added, “Employees should perform their duties diligently and with dedication.” He said, “ Allah Almighty rewards those who work hard.”

The Speaker, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, has also underscored the significance of introducing technology in work, and he said, “Complete digitization of official work in National Assembly would enhance the productivity of the organisation.

He also highlighted that the task of saving more than one billion rupees would be achieved this year by following austerity measures.He also said that non-essential posts had been abolished and no more recruitment in the National Assembly Secretariat would be undertaken.

He said, “A strong Parliament is essential for the development and prosperity of the country.”

Later on, Speaker of National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and employees recited Fatiha for deceased son in law of ex-Speaker Fahmida Mirza. They prayed for the grant of the highest place in Jannat to the departed soul and patience to the grieved family.
