The Regional Tax Office (RTO) 1, has taken a key action on Tariq Road, sealed a major store selling children’s items for violating POS (Point of Sale) laws. The store was sealed for issuing receipts not integrated with the POS system. The action was carried out under the Sales Tax Rules, 2006 (Rule 150ZE) within the jurisdiction of Zone 3, Tariq Road.
