KPRA Shows over 580% growth in IDC Collection

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) has recorded a whopping 580% growth in the Infrastructure Development Cess (IDC) collection in the current fiscal year.

The Authority has collected over Rs1330 million in Infrastructure Development Cess from July 1, 2020 until June 19, 2021 compared to the last year’s Rs194 million collection.

The figures show that the KPRA has increased its IDC collected by almost 6 times in the current fiscal year.

According to details shared by the Authority, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has tasked the Authority to generate Rs1350 million from the IDC in the ongoing fiscal year and the KPRA has successfully collected over Rs1330 million till June 19, 2021.

Officials of KPRA are sure that they will easily achieve the target given for the IDC collection.
