PESHAWAR – In the case of the PTI Haqeeqi freedom March, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur on Monday approached the court to revoke the non-bailable arrest warrants.

The request to revoke the warrants was filed through Advocate Raja Zahoor-ul-Hassan in the District and Session Court Islamabad in the PTI March case by Ali Amin Gandapur.

Ali Amin Gandapur stated that he did not intentionally avoid appearance in the court, pointing out that he could not appear in court due to electoral commitments.

He also requested the court to grant pardon in the contempt of court orders.

The petitioner also asked the court to withdraw the non-bailable arrest warrants issued against him on March 19.

It may be mentioned here that a day earlier, the local court in Islamabad had issued non-bailable arrest warrants against Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur and Shah Mahmood Qureshi in the Haqeeqi Azadi March case.
