After these rejections, Natasha’s legal team moved to Sindh High Court. During the hearing, Justice Muhammad Karim Khan Agha approved her post-arrest bail after hearing arguments from both sides. Farooq H. Naek, her attorney and Vice Chairman of the Pakistan Bar Council, informed the court that a settlement had been reached concerning the main FIR of the case.
The public prosecutor contended that Natasha was driving under influence of drugs during the accident, while Naek argued that the medical report only indicated the presence of methamphetamine in her urine, not in her blood.
In previous development, it was revealed that the driver was under the influence of Meth while driving, leading to a separate first information report (FIR) filed against her.
