Revolutionary steps are being taken to improve the human resource department of Jinnah Sindh Medical University to increase the efficiency of the workforce. More than 100 teaching and non-teaching technical staff jobs have been advertised for various departments.
According to sources, this work is being done under the guidance of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Amjad Siraj Memon, who has recently appointed as an experienced female PhD scholar, Dr. Rahat Naz as HR head. These vacancies will increase the qualified manpower of the university, reduce the workload of the staff.
It will also help Jinnah Hospital.Dr. Rahat Naz is a capable woman who has done MBA in HHCM (Health Care Management) from Jinnah Sindh Medical University and Masters from Aga Khan University while currently doing her PhD thesis at Hamdard University.
Dr. Rahat Naz has also been a Member Executive Committee of Pakistan Pediatric Association. She also holds a prestigious position in the health sector due to her social services. He has also rendered excellent services during floods, Corona. She is the first HR Director of JSMU.
