IN Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Political Resistance Movement (JKPRM), welcoming the UN Special Rapporteurs’ remarks regarding the custodial killing of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir Chair-man, Shaheed Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai, and ille-gal arrest of his sons after his funeral in Kupwara district.

The Jammu and Kashmir Political Resistance Movement leader, Dr Musaib Ahmad, addressing party meeting in Srinagar urged the UN to send its teams to IIOJK to take stock of the ground situation of the occupied territory.

The party urged immediate release of Hurriyat leaders including Muhammad Yasin Malik, Shabbir Ahmed Shah, Masarrat Aalam Butt, Aasiya An-drabi, Dr Abdul Hameed Fayyaz, Nayeem Ahmed Khan, Naheeda Nasreen, Fehmeeda Sofi, Altaf Ah-med Shah, Ayaz Muhammad Akbar, Peer Saifullah, Raja Merajuddin Kalwal, Shahid-ul-Islam, Farooq Ahmed Dar, Syed Shah Ahmad Butt.—KMS
