Provincial Minister for Special Education Chaudhry Muhammad Akhlaq said that the country could be made a truly welfare state by following the thoughts and sayings of the Quaid, the life of the Quaid is a practical example of continuous struggle.
He siad this while addressing on the occasion of the 145th birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah a function which was organized by the district administration in the greenery of Government Commerce College at Qila Sialkot on Friday. Deputy Commissioner Sialkot Zeeshan Javed Lashari, District Police Officer Asad Hassan Alvi, Additional Deputy Commissioner General Farooq Akmal, ADC Finance Farooq Sadiq, AC Sonia Sadaf, Educationist Ashiq Hussain Siddiqui, Vice Chairman District Peace Committee Hafiz Asghar Ali Cheema, Dr. Zulfiqar Ali Mohal, Prof. Khalil Ahmed Toor, Prof. Khalil Bajwa, and many others attended the function.
