The app, unveiled during a high-profile event in Karachi, aims to revolutionize farming practices by providing farmers with cutting-edge digital tools and resources.
The ‘CropWise Grower’ app, offered free of charge, offers a range of features designed to empower Pakistani farmers. These include instant detection and diagnosis of crop diseases, pests, and other threats, utilizing advanced Artificial Intelligence technology.
Covering over 3 million acres of farmland, the app serves as a comprehensive solution for farmers, offering insights, product recommendations, and localized weather information to optimize crop management practices. Expressing appreciation for Syngenta’s commitment to digitalizing agriculture, Zeeshan Hasib Baig, Country General Manager of Syngenta Pakistan, emphasized the app’s role in enhancing farmers’ self-sufficiency and contributing to Pakistan’s food security goals.
