In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian police once again arrested Abdul Rashid Shigan who was released one month ago by court after 11 years of his illegal detention.
Abdul Rashid Shigan, a resident of Batmaloo Srinagar, was arrested by Indian police under black law Public Safety Act and shifted him to Kupwara sub-jail.
The civil society members talking to media men while expressing serious concern over the re-arrest of Abdul Rashid Shigan termed it as unjustified and illegal.
They said that the person was released after a decade by court which proved him innocence and now re-arrest of Abdul Rashid Shigan is a question mark on the justice under Modi regime.
They said that everyone in Kashmir is unsafe and in fear due to lawlessness and military rule in Kashmir.—KMS
