India is resorting to water terrorism to harm Pakistan financially and economically.
A report released by the Research Section of Kashmir Media Service, today, said India is violating all the international laws and treaties including construction of water-manipulating structures and controlled release of flood waters, which is a sheer violation of the Indus Water Treaty. It said that India always refused to fulfill its responsibility under the Advance Flood Information Agreement signed in 1989.
The report said that cunning India was violator of international laws/agreements and was leaving no stone unturned as RSS-backed Modi government was using even natural disasters as a weapon against Pakistan. Now insane India is using torrential water as a weapon to divert the world attention from the human rights abuses in IIOJK, it added.
The report said that Indian machinations against Pakistan were aimed at diverting attention from its domestic issues, adding that the world should take strict action against India for violating international laws. Breach of IWT by India is a slap on the World Body and other arbitral organizations, it said.
It deplored that India was internally committing serious crimes against humanity and the BJP government was relentlessly implementing RSS ideology and had started using water as a tool of spreading chaos in Pakistan.
The report said that Modi’s fascist government was leading the world towards destruction and had opened various war fronts with almost every neighbouring country. India’s unilateral action will affect regional as well as world peace so the world must take notice of its wicked plans and rigidness, it added.
The report deplored that war-thirsty and hatemongering Indian media, on the whims and wishes of RSS, was supporting Modi’s fascist agenda and urged the world community to come forward and press India to follow international norms especially during natural disasters.—KMS
