The tall claims about Khyber Pakhtunkhwa model police were exposed when a tourist couple traveling to Nathiagali were not only humiliated in the presence of Station House Officer but also put behind bar at police station Dunga Gali.
Ironically couple along with driver was locked up in Police station where no female staff was present till 12 PM and male police personals allegedly tortured and harassed female member for at least eight hours.

According to the eye witnesses, Abbottabad based couple headed by Ikram went to Nathiagali on a visit on 24th July alongwith a driver, two kids and a disable relative.
They were stopped by a traffic warden at Nathiagali for quite long time just for the reason that Prime Minister Imran Khan has been around.
After their repeated request for allowing them to proceed, the Traffic warden namely Nadeem shouted them and hit Ikram in the presence of SHO Muhammad Ali on which number of people started protesting against his attitude and exchanged hot words.
It was further learnt that police bring their vehicle to Dunga Gali Police station and put the couple alongwith driver for illegal confinement for four hours.
