Pakistani pilgrims are grateful for the cooperation of Saudi authorities in providing the best facilities. This was stated by Minister for Religious Affairs Aniq Ahmed during a meeting at the Saudi Embassy regarding Hajj arrangements. According to details, both leaders discussed various matters to finalize the arrangements for Hajj 2024. Minister for Religious Affairs Aniq Ahmed said that due to the excellent cooperation of Saudi Minister for
Hajj Dr. Tawfig Al-Rabiah and the Saudi Ambassador, he has been successful in making intending Pilgrim’s facilities exemplary. Hajj arrangements will be completed on time. In this regard, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Pakistan Hajj Mission are in
constant contact with Saudi authorities. He further said that according to Saudi directives, private Hajj scheme applicants have been provided with further ease.
A total of 146 organizing companies have been formed, and their contracts have been awarded by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and the booking process for Hajj pilgrims has begun. The Saudi Ambassador assured full cooperation to private Hajj companies.
He further stated that senior Saudi officials will visit Pakistan in the last week of February to finalize the ‘Road to Makkah’ project from Karachi airport. Private scheme pilgrims will also be included in the Road to Makkah project along with government pilgrims.”
