According to sources, the PTI government will con-tact the PML-Q leader-ship, including the Chaudhry brothers and Tariq Bashir Cheema, to allay their concerns.
In this regard, a state-ment issued by Federal Minister Shafqat Mahmood said that PML-Q is an ally, they will move forward with us and their concerns will be addressed.
Shafqat Mahmood said that in alliances, dis-agreements and reser-vations are nothing new. The Prime Minis-ter has set up a com-mittee comprising Asad Umar, Pervez Khattak and Chaudhry Sarwar to address is-sues in the coalition, he added. Meanwhile, govern-ment officials reached Services Hospital La-hore to check on ailing PML-Q leader Chaudhry Shujaat Hus-sain on Friday. Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar inquired about his well-being and wished his a swift re-covery.
