Govt helping deserving people with relief package of Rs144b: Sarwar

Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar has said that under Ehsaas programme, the government is helping the deserving people with a relief package of 144 billion rupees.
He stated this while addressing a ceremony in connection with Saudi relief fund for twenty thousand families in Islamabad on Thursday.
The Governor Punjab said that it was matter of satisfaction that people were donating generously to Prime Minister’s Relief Fund.
He urged the people to stay at home and adopt preventive measures for their safety from coronavirus.
Ch. Sarwar paid rich tributes to the front line forces including police, Rangers, doctors, nurses and army for fighting against the Covid-19.
