Governor Sindh Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori has urged parents not to lose hope regarding their children’s future and to visit Governor House for assistance in securing a brighter tomorrow for their kids. He emphasized the importance of highly educated women, calling them the nation’s future, and encouraged parents to help their talented daughters become productive members of society.
He made these remarks while addressing the convocation ceremony of the Federal Urdu University held at Governor House. The event was attended by Federal Education Minister Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Vice-Chancellor Dr. Zaabta Shinwari, Senate members, faculty, students, and their parents. Governor Sindh congratulated all graduating students, calling it a proud moment and a result of their dedication and persistence.
“You have completed a major milestone in your lives, and I am confident you will make your university proud through your achievements,” he said. Addressing the challenges faced by the Federal Urdu University, the governor expressed optimism that the vice-chancellor and his team would soon overcome them. He encouraged students to view their achievements as the first step toward fulfilling their dreams.
Governor Tessori shared that the largest prayer ceremony for the nation’s prosperity was recently held at Governor House. He praised Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir for his efforts not only in securing borders but also in striving for economic stability.
He highlighted the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) as a transformative initiative aimed at attracting foreign investments to Pakistan. Governor Sindh Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori e announced that investments from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, China, and other countries are expected soon. “We are working tirelessly to ensure that the benefits of these investments reach the common man,” he added.
The governor urged parents not to despair and to visit Governor House for support in building their children’s future. “Our doors are always open to help you secure a brighter future for your kids,” he assured.
