The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Wednesday announced to kick off a series of public rallies and to begin with holding rallies in three major cities of the country.
“PTI will be holding public gatherings in three major cities including Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi,” said Chairman of the Party Barrister Gohar while addressing a flag-hoisting ceremony at the Deputy Commissioner Office Buner, Malakand division.
Barrister Gohar expressed the determination that PTI will continue to struggle for the release of its founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan on all fronts. “We will strive for Imran Khan’s release in courts as well as public gatherings,” the PTI Chairman said.
Gohar said that the country’s protection, progress, and prosperity requires collective efforts. “We will make any sacrifice for peace and security of Pakistan,” Barrister Gohar said.
The PTI chairman also paid tribute to the martyrs by laying flowers at the Police Lines Dera memorial and distributed sweets among prisoners at the District Jail.
The district administration of Islamabad has already allowed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf to hold it’s power show in the federal capital on August 22.
