Gang involved in cable theft nabbed

Tank Police on Thursday arrested a gang who allegedly involved in stealing the electricity transformers cables. Stolen cables were also recovered from the possession of the accused. The Police also recovered 50 kg of hashish during raid on secret information.

DSP Headquarters Inam Khan Gandapur addressing a press conference flanked by SHO SMA Asghar Khan Wazir said that unknown thief were involved in stealing transformers cables in Tank from last few days during night.

To arrest the accused, District Police Chief Waqar Ahmed formed a raiding party under the leadership of SHO SMA Asghar Khan Wazir, who successfully arrested the suspect involved in cable theft and also recovered the stolen cables from the electricity transformers.
