Lamenting what he termed the denial of the due rights of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) by the Federal Government Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur Friday warned the later of the dire consequences say, “we are being pushed to the wall forcing us to take drastic measures”.
If the Federal Government continues denying the due rights of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which is facing acute energy crisis, we will be left with no option but to take drastic measures than no one should call us traitors”. Gandapur said while addressing a press briefing.
Chief Minister, however, declared his government would go all-out to protect the province’s resources and the residents’ rights, also demanding the federal government to release Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s (KP) funds forthwith.
Ali Amin Khan Gandapur announced that the budget of the next financial year will be in accordance with a vision and it will be a public budget in the true sense. In the process, special attention will be given to the merged districts and all the administrative districts of the province will be developed on an equal basis, health and education systems will be rehabilitated, self-employment will be promoted and a system will be created in which corruption will be eradicated.
