A large number of alotees of G-14 Islamabad held a protest demonstration in front of National Press Club (NPC) on Saturday.
The speakers appealed the Prime Minister, Chief Justice, Minister for Housing and Works and DG FGEHA to give possession of the plots to alotees waiting for 16 years.
They said the deadline of October 16, 2020, set by the Islamabad High Court (IHC) for possession of plot, has already passed. They demanded that the land should be got vacated from the land grabbers who enjoy the backing of politicians.
They said the development work is not been carried out in the Sector. The protestor threatened to stage sit-in soon in front of Parliament House and Supreme Court if their demands are not met.
