During the visit of Customs officers’ delegation to Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) here on Wednesday, FPCCI leadership reiterated their demand for setting up FBR help desk at the Federation House for timely resolution of Customs and Income tax issues.
During recent visit to FPCCI, Federal Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin had assured FPCCI members for setting up facilitation desk by Federal Board of Revenue here at FPCCI Headquarters, and as a result the Help Desk for Sales and Income Tax issues has been notified by FBR, said FPCCI statement.
FPCCI President Mian Nasser Hyatt Maggo welcomed the delegation which included Chief Collector MCC Appraisement and Facilitation (South),
Wajid Ali, Collector Customs (West) Dr. Tahir Qureshi, Collector Customs (East) Fayyaz Rasool Maken. In the meeting, Customs-related issues facing the business community were discussed in detail and possible solutions were suggested. —APP
