The price of mill flour has been enhanced for the third time this month, increasing the price by Rs2 to Rs80 per kg. The Nanbai association has also hinted at raising roti prices. After cheap flour disappeared in the open market, the flour mill owners has increased the price of flour by Rs2 per kg.
On the other hand, General Secretary Lahore Atta Chakki Owners Association Abdul Rehman said that wheat prices have crossed Rs 2,500 per 40kg. You can t sell cheap flour when you buy expensive wheat, he added.
