The police arrested five outlaws including robbers and a gambler, recovered arms and other items from their possession during separate actions in different areas of the metropolis on Wednesday.
According to details, during a police encounter near Nipa Chowrangi, two robbers were injured and held with weapons. The injured robbers were shifted to hospital.
