Rahimyar Khan
Five members of a Hindu family found dead in Rahimyar Khan on Friday. The dead included three children and their mother while the father, Ram Chand, was found in serious condition and was rushed to a hospital for treatment of his injuries but he could not survive.
Airport Police Station personnel have launched an investigation into the incident but so far could not elaborate the reasons for the deaths.
However, Rescue 1122 officials said the killings were the result of a family dispute.
Ram Chand’s sister said her brother was a tailor but had no work since last year and his wife also worked as a labour.
They both had occasional arguments over her brother’s not doing any work, she added.—INP
