Hundreds of Pakistani and Kashmiri diaspora in the United Kingdom (UK) and Europe gathered in various cities to express solidarity with people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
Tehreek-e-Kashmir (TeK), UK, and Europe orgainsed Kashmir Solidarity Day events in different European countries to express solidarity with the people of the territory.
On the occasion, The TeK, UK, President Raja Fahim Kayani said TeK is not only holding Kashmir solidarity rallies and conferences but also launch Kashmir digital campaigns to highlight the sufferings of the IIOJK people.
The slogans “Hold India accountable for war crimes in Kashmir” , “End Indian occupation of Kashmir”, “Implement UN resolution on Kashmir”, “ Kashmir under Indian siege knocking at world conscience“, “Indian army out” and “India stop genocide in Kashmir”, were displayed on digital van.
The digital van travelled in London, Luton and Birmingham in which a large number of British Kashmiris and Pakistanis took the streets along the van to condemn Indian state terrorism in IIOJK.
Kashmir solidarity events also held in Danish parliament in Copehangon , Oslo Norway, Glasgow Scotland, Birmingham and other various cities of Europe.
Addressing various Kashmir solidarity conferences, the TeK, UK, President said, “India can silence our voices in IIOJK through its military might of over one million right wing Hindutva-driven military, police and paramilitary forces who have imposed a siege there but not at international level.
He added that Kashmiri and Pakistani diaspora had exposed fascist face of Modi at international level by playing active role at all available international platforms.—KMS
