A drug addict youth stabbed his mother, niece to death upon refusal to pay money to purchase drugs and injured himself here on Tuesday.
According to details, the incident took place in Matni Aza Khel are of Peshawar, where a drug addict youth asked his mother for money to purchase drugs.
Upon refusal, the accused attacked with sharp edged knife killing his mother and a niece on the spot and injured himself critically. The bodies and injured culprit were shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities.
Police said that the accused is drug addict who has already divorced his wife. A case has been registered into the incident and investigation was in progress.—INP
