Provincial Minister for Industries and Commerce Jam IkramullahDharejo, while taking notice of the news of dumping industrial waste in drains and unsafe disposal, has directed the factory owners to dispose of the industrial waste in a safe manner.
He said in his statement, issued here on Tuesday, said that the unsafe disposal of industrial waste was not only increasing the environmental pollution but also causing diseases due to this irresponsible practice.
Sindh l Minister for Industries and Commerce Jam IkramullahDharejo also directed MD SITE to ensure that factory owners to dispose of industrial waste safely in safe manner. He warned those disposing of industrial waste in an unsafe manner and asked them to avoid from their activities otherwise strict action would be taken against them as per the law.
