The Chairman Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD) Asif Sumsum has emphasized that the construction sector and its stakeholders should come under firm government tutelage to protect foreign investment inflow in the near future.
During the meeting with the Chairman & CEO Pakistan Observer Faisal Zahid Malik who called on the Chairman ABAD to discuss construction issues and the role of media, said that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) group of real estate companies has manifested their keen interest in the investment of over US 20 billion in Pakistan, and with the support of ABAD.
The Chairman & CEO Pakistan Observer Faisal Zahid Malik commended the role of Association of Builders and Developers Pakistan, especially past 40 years. The construction sector has flourished under the untiring and dedicated support of ABAD. Faisal Zahid Malik also urged the government to remove unnecessary regulations, policies, and enforcement actions that may optionally increase costs and slow down importations, domestic production, transport, and delivery of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
“The investment from UAE would revolutionize the construction sector of Pakistan”, said the chairman PO. During the meeting both celebrities discussed law and order situation, media relations and other issues of mutual interest.
