Karachi and several districts in Sindh are set to experience another wave of cold weather starting January 24, with temperatures expected to drop significantly. Weather reports indicate that westerly winds will affect the region, bringing colder conditions, with possible rainfall in Balochistan and other parts of the country, along with snowfall in mountainous areas.
These cold, frosty conditions are expected to persist until January 23. From January 21 to 23, moderate rain is forecast in Sukkur, Jacobabad, Larkana, and other districts of Sindh. Additionally, the Met Office has predicted strong winds blowing at speeds of 25 to 35 kilometers per hour in Karachi on Saturday, contributing to the cold weather.
The weather is expected to remain cold and dry across most of Sindh, with moderate to intense fog anticipated in Sukkur, Shaheed Benazirabad, Shikarpur, Kashmore, Dadu, Larkana, Khairpur, Tando Jam, and surrounding areas during the night and morning hours.
