In a statement issued from the CM House, Syed Murad Ali Shah highlighted the nationwide observance of the PPP founder’s death anniversary as an occasion to honor the legacy of the revered leader. Shah lauded ShaheedZulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s unparalleled contributions to serving the people and the Muslim Ummah, noting his pivotal role in fostering political awareness among the masses.
He underscored Bhutto’s relentless efforts towards the welfare and development of the nation. Reflecting on the legal acknowledgment of Bhutto’s innocence and the illegality of his sentence, Shah referenced a reference filed by President Asif Ali Zardari, which was recognized by the honorable Supreme Court. Furthermore, Shah affirmed the PPP’s commitment to advancing the vision of ShaheedZulfikar Ali Bhutto and his courageous daughter, Mohtrama Benazir Bhutto, who sacrificed their lives for the cause of democracy.
