Elections for the Islamabad Chess Association will be held on April 23 in the federal capital Islamabad.
According to details, District Chess Association elections will be held on April 23 in Islamabad District at Jinnah Golf Club Islamabad.
In this regard, a meeting of the general council will be held in the club in which representatives of Punjab Chess Federation and Sports Department including officials of chess clubs across the district will participate.
The meeting will elect the officials of the Islamabad Chase Association for the session 2021-25.
In this regard, the present President Ijaz Abbasi appreciated performance of the clubs in promoting the game of chess in Islamabad and hoped that the winning candidates would also take this step forward.
