Cases were registered against the members of two student organisations for clashing with each other at the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Sciences and Technology (FUUAST) in Karachi on Friday.
The case was registered against the students at Aziz Bhatti police station on behalf of the government. Earlier on Thursday, at least six students were injured when two student groups clashed with each other at the FUUAST.
According to police, students of both the groups attacked each other with batons and stones, resulting in injuries to six of the students. Taking notice of the matter, the university administration called the police that reached the spot and arrested several students of both groups.
