The dead bodies of two children who were kidnapped from Hafizabad ten days ago were recovered from an area pond on Sunday. As per details, two cousins Faizan and Abu Bakar who were about 5 or 6 years old were abducted from Mohallah Hassan Town in Hafizabad ten days ago.
However, their bodies were spotted in a pond today. Police reached the place and recovered their bodies. Police believed that the boys were murdered and then their bodies were thrown into the pond. The recovery of dead bodies has created a sense of fear among the residents of the area. Man dies of dacoits’ firing in Karachi.
In another incident, a man died by the firing of dacoits in Shah Latif area of Karachi on Sunday. The dead was identified as Mehbob. Police said that the deceased put up resistance during a dacoity bid. Upon which, the dacoits opened fire on him. A bullet pierced through his chest, killing him on the spot. Mehboob was an employee of a private company and he belonged to Mirpur Khas.—INP
