Bitcoin slips to $56,582 as cryptos remain on back foot

The cryptocurrency market remained on back foot on Thursday, with the market capitalisation shedding 1.8 percent to reach $2.74 trillion as of 1120 hours GMT.

The largest cryptocurrency Bitcoin price decreased by 0.75 percent to reach $56,582. With this decrease in price, the market capitalisation of the biggest cryptocurrency has reached 1.07 trillion.

Ether, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalisation, shed 3.56 percent to reach $4,559. With this decrease in price, the market capitalisation of ETH has reached $535 billion.

Similarly, XRP price went down by 2.97 percent to reach $0.973. The market capitalisation of XRP stands at $97.3 billion after this decrease.
Likewise, Cardano (ADA) price edged lower by 0.25 percent to reach $1.58.—TLTP
