Bank holiday in Pakistan on July 1

KARACHI – The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has announced bank holiday on July 1, 2024 (Monday).

According to the press release issued on Friday, SBP offices, public and private sector bank/DFIs/ MFBs will remain closed for public dealing on the aforementioned date. However, employees of the banks/ DFIs/MFBs will attend the office as usual.

Banks will resume normal public dealing on July 2, 2024 (Tuesday) after three days break as Saturday and Sunday are weekly off.
