Former interior minister and senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Rana Sanaullah has termed the appointment of Muhammad Aurangzeb and Mohsin Navqi as federal ministers as good omen for the government.

In a statement issued here on Sunday, he said that Muhammad Aurangzeb’s appointment as Finance Minister and Mohsin Naqvi’s appointment as Interior Minister was guarantee of good future of the incumbent government.

Rana Sanaullah said that the PML-N would have got two third majority if there would have been no 16-month coalition government. He said that Shehbaz Sharif showed extreme tolerance during coalition government and the situation would have worsened if there have been someone else than him.

The PML-N leader said that there could be no guarantee of completion of five-year tenure during coalition government.—INP
