A delegation of Malaysian consultive Council of Islamic Organisation Malaysia comprising its president M Azimi Bin Abd Hamid of the party, Mrs M azmi, Vaqar Ahmed Bin Muhammad Director, met here today APHC AJK Convener Muhammad FarooqRehmani , Mehmood Ahmad Saghar, Sheikh Abdul Mateen , Altaf Ahmad Wani, and MrsShamima Shawl exchanged views on latest political and human rights situation developing after 5 August 2019, due to India’s repeal of 370 & 35A Acts of the Constitution of India. The Malysian delegation expressed concern and ensured worldwide support for the cause of Kashmir.
The APHC leaders briefed the delegation on India’s laws extended to Kashmir and said that India was fast moving on the path of Hindutva State in India and murder of Kashmiri Muslim demographic character with the help of sweeping constitutional and legal transformation throughout the State.
For this purpose kashmiri leaders have been indicted in different criminal cases without giving them right to defend themselves before the NIA courts in Delhi and Kashmir.
The Malaysian Islamic Council said that they would raise Kashmir issue as a humanitarian issue in different forums and apprise the government of the country and OiCMalysian members about the plight of the Kashmiris under the Indian Occupation.
