All set for 1st phase of Tablighi Ijitmah today

The International Tablighi Ijtema in Raiwind will begin on Thursday (today) afternoon, district administration and Tablighi Jamaat organizers have finalized the arrangements in this regard.

The International Tablighi Gathering will be held in two phases this year. According to the decision of the Majlis-e-Shura, the first phase will start on Thursday and the closing prayer will be on Sunday morning.

As many as, 1.6 million people will be able to participate in the Tablighi Ijtema this year. The gathering will be attended by scholars from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and other countries. Last year, the Tablighi gathering was restricted due to the Corona epidemic.

However, this year the gathering will be held in two phases as usual. This year, the venue has also been sprayed to prevent dengue disease.

The administration has set up separate parking stands for motorcycles as well as small and large vehicles while the city traffic police have deployed additional personnel for traffic flow.
