Consideration was given to factors such as population, crime rates, sensitivity, and distances in discussions regarding the establishment and amalgamation of police stations. Former officers and respected individuals from areas with low crime rates were consulted regarding the integration of low-crime police stations. Further recommendations were made to arrange more proposals based on standards, experience, capability, and skills for appointments of SHOs, SIs, and other staff. It was emphasized that police stations should provide more community-friendly reforms and additional manpower to assist in establishing peace and security. “We aim to make police station services more positive and effective for the public,” said GhulamNabiMemon. The purpose of strengthening operational and investigative talent is to arrange schedules for regular courses to enhance the utilization of standardized courses, workshops, and lectures.
