A 10-member Pakistani delegation is taking part in the mas-wrestling championship. Waqas Afzal is also a member of an international mas-wrestling federation.
Waqas Afzal and another Pakistani wrestler Muhammad Saad qualified for the final round of the championship. Now, Waqas Afzal will face a Russian wrestler while Muhammad Saad will be facing a wrestler from Kyrgyzstan.
