Former Chairman, Board of Governors, Virtual University of Pakistan and newly appointed Chairman, Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), Maroof Afzal passed away due to Covid-19 on Thursday, December 10, 2020
Virtual University staff is deeply saddened by the sad demise of Maroof Afzal. He served as Chairman, Board of Governors, Virtual University of Pakistan while he was Secretary IT, Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government Of Paki-
stan.
