Railways Minister Sheikh Rashid on Friday briefly got an electric shock while addressing a gathering during the Kashmir Hour at his residence, Lal Haveli.
Rashid, who received the electric shock from the mic he was holding in his address, was startled and staggered a little. He, however, immediately regained his composure.
“I got an electric shock, but I’m fine, not to worry,” he said. “There was current. [Indian Prime Minister Narendra] Modi cannot sabotage this gathering.”
Pakistan, as well as the Pakistani diaspora around the world, observed Kashmir Hour from 12AM to 12:30PM today to express solidarity with the residents of Indian-occupied Kashmir (IoK) suffering unprecedented atrocities perpetrated by Indian armed forces against them.
Kashmir Hour was observed throughout the country, with the national anthems of Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) played in a show of solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiris.
