In September, Pakistan received a net foreign direct investment (FDI) of US$ 72.7 million from China, contributing to a total FDI influx of $126.3 million from the friendly neighboring country during the first quarter of the financial year 2023-24, Gwadar Pro reported on Saturday. According to the latest statistics from the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the inflow from China in September was recorded at $84.4 million, while the outflow stood at $11.7 million, resulting in a net inflow of $72.7 million.
