The nation commemorates 6th September with great enthusiasm to pay tribute and homage to martyred soldiers, who sacrificed their life for the protection of motherland, said Punjab Minister for Human Rights and Minority Affairs Ijaz Alam Augustine.
He said that objective of the celebrating the day is to tell world how Pakistani nation is brave at the critical time, adding that the nation id proud of the supreme sacrifices rendered by the brave sons of the soil in line with the defence of Pakistan.
The minister said that day of 6th September specially belongs to those national heroes, who got “Nishan-e-Haider” on 6th September 1965.
The minister further said that nation should observe Kashmir Day to show solidarity with the occupied Kashmir where Indian troops are exercising brutalities after India revoked the autonomy of the valley.
