The police arrested three notorious robbers stated to be Afghan nationals, recovered arms and ammunition after exchange of fire here on Wednesday.
The police came across the robbers in Memon Society near Al-Asif Square Karachi. When police tried to arrest the robbers, they started firing at police which led to an encounter.
After exchange of fire, the police arrested all three Afghan national robbers identified as Faiz Muhammad alias Faizi, Ajmal and Zaidi wanted by police in dozens of cases of robberies and other serious crimes.—INP
