The free medical camp was organized by Zayad Humantarian Assistance Relief Programme of United Arab Emirates for Teen Hati fire victums. The field hospital provided diagnostic and treatment services to no more than 1,500 children, women and the elderly affected by the fire. Sindh Minister of Health Dr Azra Pechuho praised the efforts of the UAE & Pakistani volunteer doctors from Zayad Humantarian and the young humanitarian leaders and directed the concerned local authorities to support the UAE voluntary field hospital, which is the first of its kind in Pakistan. The facility was equipped with specialized medical units, mobile clinics and a mobile pharmacy providing free diagnostic, treatment and preventive services. The event aimed to empower young doctors to contribute to their communities and capacity building for health professionals and encourage relationship between young pakistan and uae doctors The programme was organised by Consul General of United Arab Emirates Dr Salem Alkhaddeim Al Dhanhani, Deputy Consul General Bakhteet Ateeq Al Rumaitte with excellent arrangements by Dr Adil, the In-charge Zayad International Assistance Relief Programme.
