Yasin reiterates demand for physical appearance in false case against him

The illegally detained Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik, has reiterated his demand for physical appearance in a false case registered against him over three decades ago.

Muhammad Yasin Malik reiterated the demand during the virtual hearing of the case in a TADA court in Jammu, today. The case pertains to killing of four personnel of Indian Air Force in 1990. The JKLF chief once again demanded physical appearance to cross-examine the witnesses. The court fixed next date of hearing on 19th October.—KMS
