Incompetent leaders in Balochistan
Incompetent individuals can neither bring betterment in themselves nor for the society. Incompetency prevails backwardness in every aspect of the nation. In the history of the world incompetent figures of the society have never contributed any positive thing except destruction. Sorry to state that Balochistan is replete with incompetent elements in every sector of life generally and in Balochistan Assembly specifically. If Balochistan Assembly had competent leaders, Balochistan would not have a long-list of long-lasting problems. As, every resident of Balochistan is in the know if we had competent leaders, unemployment rate wouldn’t increase day by day. If we had competent leaders, we would not be deprived of basic facilities like internet, gas, electricity, pure drinking water, quality education, standard living style, hygienic food and so on.
Ministers for various department like education, fisheries, local government, revenue and many more, need to be taught the national language Urdu. Speaking a few sentences in Urdu language for these so-called leaders is equal to climbing the mountain of Himalaya. How one can expect that these so-called and highly incompetent leaders can change the current problems of Balochistan. I would like to request all the educated youths let’s create a certain party which should have pure qualified and competent figures to strive hard for solving the problems in Balochistan.

Transforming Myanmar
Myanmar has been awaiting new transition to take place through the current election. There has been wide talk about Myanmar election in media. But the actual roadmap for peace and prosperity in the region must be supported and accelerated by all the stakeholders and well-wishers out there.
Sadly, Myanmar and its areas have been in the grip of many unresolved internal issues and external factors over and over again. Possessing beautiful geographical structure and natural resources, this Asian nation has been topping the charts of school syllabus up till now. Many interesting tidbits about Myanmar like natural resources, largest rice production had all beautified our schooldays in Tamil Nadu in the early 1990s.
In this era of telecommuting worldwide, great technological advances have not yet reached the Myanmar region calling for attention from world leaders and philanthropists. This country and people have long been in ruins/disintegration due to various conflicts, both ethnic and outside.
It is time for Myanmar to turn the corner in terms of education, economy, democracy, employment and wealth. This is not the time to rig the election result but to create a ray of hope in the region and among the people. The neighbourhoods, diplomats like Aung San Suu Kyi and world bodies like UN should take bold steps to put Myanmar on the front burner politically and economically.

Development of Science in Zimbabwe?
Zimbabwe was once the best country in Africa in terms of science education and the use of science and technology to raise the standard of living among the citizens. The political, economic and social problems faced by Zimbabweans have caused politicians to abandon the advancement of science in Zimbabwe. Mismanagement, government corruption, lack of commitment to science and poor funding have slowed artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies from delivering innovative solutions to economic challenges.
Technological ecosystems cannot attain economic development goals without information accessibility. Accessibility of information in Zimbabwe is still limited. President Emerson Mnangagwa and his government have failed to promote quality scientific solutions that shape and improve the daily life of people of Zimbabwe. ZANU-PF government ignores that science is a main driver of peace and sustainable development. If science can be developed, promoted and emphasised by the government of Zimbabwe, some problems that are being faced by Zimbabwean will be significantly reduced. The current ZANU PF government has failed to implement scientific solutions and therefore should be replaced.

Children’s Day
November 14 is celebrated as Children’s Day in India and on this day I would like to emphasise the importance of welfare, education, and a safe and happy childhood for children globally. Children have a right to education, to enjoy their childhood playing, studying and eating — not working as child labourers. We should abstain from hiring children or minors as labourers of any kind. Parents also should try to be friendly with their children to understand their needs and respond to them in the best way possible.
Having said that, I would also like to say that even children hold the responsibility to learn moral values from their parents, learn sincerely from their schools and to develop communicative, social and other personality skills by involving in various social, humanitarian and environmental events and campaigns. After all, children of today are the leaders of tomorrow. The future of our nations is in our hands. Teaching starts in the home and we, as parents must realise that the onus is on us to provide the right environment and instill the right teaching right from the very start.
